Originally from England, Toby is a hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience leading restaurants, hotels, and multi-unit operations. He began his career at Le Bernardin in New York under Chef Eric Ripert and has since built a reputation for driving excellence in operations, team development, and guest experience. Toby has held senior leadership roles with Vine Hospitality, Landry’s, Kimpton, and La Salle Hotels, where he opened high-profile properties, developed nationally recognized programs, and earned multiple awards for growth and innovation. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, three children, and their dog, Winston.
